Features

Content presentation of 5 different products that could be displayed as if sitting on a tabletop or scaled to fit a large room. The user was able to select the product they wished to learn more about and could control a virtual environment that was tracked to a physical location in a space. This allowed the user to gain a 360 perspective as well as walk into the middle of an animation.

Results

Results were mixed with the introduction of the HoloLens headset, some high-level VIP's would not want to put on the headset and would just watch a replicated feed from another participant. Also, users had trouble quickly learning the gestures to interact with the application which led to change in approach for further versions. Overall, user engagement and participation at various shows increased due to the use of new technology.
