Mission Solutions

Objective

Mission Solutions was designed to create configurable and re-usable product "lay downs" while additionally providing access to photos, videos and data sheets used in briefings with key decision makers, policy makers, and the press. It was designed from the beginning to accommodate easily adding and removing products within a few minutes time based on the event needs as it was used in venues around the world throughout the year.

Mission Solutions started as a touch table (Microsoft Surface) application and then over the years transformed into a web application that could be locally hosted and used on mobile tablets.

Features

In addition to being able to configure a presentation quickly, one unique capability of the original technology was to quickly access information or data using "bytetags". These bytetags were scanned by the screen and could access pre-define products featured during specific shows as well as allowed the ability to quickly access an administrator menu to re-configure for quick changes.

Additionally, the cards functioned as marketing materials as they could be handed out as a collectible to show attendees.

Later the product was re-developed as a web-based presentation tool. This allowed for a more portable and accessible delivery which could also be hosted from a local web server and then made accessible via iPads during a large show.

Results

The project was a huge success and was supported for years. It was used countless times the world over at large yearly international air shows as well as smaller trade shows both domestic and international. Executives as well as business development and communications team members utilized the product for countless meetings, customer briefings and media interviews.
